Why are your dress so inexpensive?
We are an experienced wedding dress manufacturer. All the wedding dresses are directly made by our factory without any intermediaries. Thus we can offer competitive prices for you to choose wedding dresses.

When should I order?
You will receive your designed wedding dress within 12-20days after your order confirmed, or if your order is rush, we can make the dress for you in just one week, the rush fee is 30 USD per wedding dress.

Order information can be changed in 24 hours after we get your order confirmation by email.

Can I cancel my order and change a wedding dress after payment?
Your order cannot be cancelled after you purchased it over 24 hours.

How can I cancel my Order?
- Orders canceled within 12-72 hours after payment confirmation, you will be eligible for a full refund.
- Orders canceled 3-5 days after payment confirmation, you will get a partial refund full shipping fee and 70% price of Products(because all the dress are custom made,you have to pay the material fee.)
- Orders canceled 6-12 days after payment confirmation, you will get a partial refund including full shipping fee and 50% price of products.(because all the dress are custom made,you have to pay the material fee and the payment for the workers)
- Orders canceled after 12 days of payment confirmation, you will get the full shipping cost as refund only.
- Once your item shipped, the relevant order can no longer be cancelled.

Can you make the dress exactly according to the pictures I send?
Yes, we can! Your ideas are welcome any time! Please send us the pictures of your dress via email, we will review it carefully and reply you as soon as possible. Then we will ask for a reasonable price including shipping cost.

When can I get my dress after ordering?
We will take about 15-20 business days to tailor the dress, and another 5-7 business days for shipping.

Yes, definitely you can! Purchase in bulk is always welcomed! Please contact us with more details such as styles and quantities, we can offer you the lowest price to build a long term business relationships!

We have many years experience of dealing with worldwide package. We guarantee that the items will pass custom and arrive at your place safely.

Who will take responsibility for product damage or loss during transit?
Please contact our customer services first. We will check this problem carefully and reply you within 24 hours. When you get your item, please check it before sign for it. If you find there are any damage, you can refuse to sign for it and contact the carrier. You can also contact your local express company if the item is lost. They will compensate you. Of course we will help you to solve this matter without any hesitation.

The answer is uncertain, it follows the regulations of different customs. We do not take responsibility for taxes and duties of your country, you need to pay for it.
It is better for you to inquire your local customs about the relevant information. They will reply you and ask you for something like CO or Stamped and Signed Invoice, Value and so on.

How can I know how much my order will cost?
After you add items to your Shopping Cart and click Checkout, a total costs will be calculated automatically in your preferred currency. How to ship back my dress(es)?
You have to contact our customer services first to get a return code, or we will reject the returned package because no return code is authorized, after you get the return code you need to ask our customers for a correct shipping address and meanwile make sure the dress in the same condition as we shipped to you, otherwise we still can't give you the refund due to the item loss or damage. And please ship your item back by post office otherwise you may be asked for additional taxes.

How can I get refund if I have already shipped back my dress(es)?
Usually, we need to check your order carefully to see whether it can match our return policy. If it matches, we will inform you how to deal with the issue via email.

Do I need to pay for shipping fee if I send the item back to you?
Usually, we need to see whether your order condition correspond with our return policy first. We will pay for the shipping fee if the mistakes caused by our side, but if not, we will not bear it.

How I can deal with my dress if it is so wrinkled when I received the package?
Actually, it is the responsibility of express company. So we strongly suggest our customers open and check the package before signing for it. We will not take any responsibility on this part.
